Sacrifices & healthy diet
There are times that you'd feel compelled to sacrifice things you really want, just for the sake of a loved one, just to see a smile.
Sigh... *smiles*

On another note, I've begin my healthy eating campaign. I'm trying to shed some pounds, eat healthly food and exercise, all at 1 go!
To achieve that, my diet now consists of less carbo & fat, and a winter worth supply of nuts, dried fruits, raisins, oats, lean meat,fruits & granola bars. And owh, not to mention my 1st issue of Men's Health, and possibly many more to come.
Let's see how far I can take this, and what I can achieve at the end of 3 months period. Wish me luck guys!

On another sombre note, Chef & Brew is officially out of business in Putrajaya, no thanks to the people there who eats fast food like a religion, even though you pay the same price...
Sigh...it's gone, to a better place, where it's no longer suffering from lack of business. Well actually, it has moved to Damansara Heights, and God knows where that is, but so God help me I shall hunt it down again, and I'll have good food again!

The New chef & brew restaurant is located in Damansara Heights. If you know where Southern Bank is, its actually at the other end of the corner. Located inside a Mansion like area. As you drive away from Southern Bank then to Flamenco...don't turn into the flamenco turning...just go around the bend...and u'll see entry on the right. You can park underground 107 carparks. What i heard last was that they're having like a couple of boutiques - a florist, a locksmith, a wine & cigar speciality shop, a modern coffee house, and a couple more. sounds interesting :D
